Kim Meredith is a Graduate with High Distinction from Liberty University, where she earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. She was fortunate to be invited to come alongside families and individuals as a chaplain in a trauma hospital during her internship. She is currently under the direction and supervision of Dr. Shannon Barnes.

Kim has experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. She is a trained Prepare-Enrich facilitator, providing couples, premarital, and blended family counseling. She has experience aiding others in discovering the strengths and overcoming the challenges involved in interacting with individuals who have different personalities from their own. Her approach to counseling is holistic, addressing mind, body, social, and spiritual well-being. Developing resilience, learning to access strengths, considering how thoughts influence choices, and finding meaning in the challenges of life, can all positively impact the quality of our lives. Weaving hope together through life experiences is key.

Kim enjoys swimming, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends. She is an active volunteer in her church and community, which allows her to enjoy connection.

Katy Miles is a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) and has been working in the mental health field since 2012. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies from the University of Georgia, and her Masters of Clinical Social Work from Kennesaw State University.

Katy works with adult individuals and couples as well as adolescents. Katy practices LGBTQ affirming therapy and welcomes clients and families of all sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship status.

She strongly believes in the healing and restorative power of therapeutic relationship and works with clients to explore issues of identity formation, anxiety, depression, grief, body image issues, and life transition.

In therapy, Katy works with clients to understand the life experiences that shape and may contribute to current difficulties or feelings of being stuck. She partners with clients to identify what's working well in their life and areas that may need attention. Katy takes a creative approach to her work and includes expressive art interventions and mindfulness techniques.

Katy is not an "in-network" provider for insurances at this time and does not bill insurance companies directly. However, you may have "out-of-network" benefits which allow you to see any therapist, pay directly, and then be reimbursed directly by your insurance provider. She can provide you with an invoice so that you have documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
